More and more people are finding in meditation practice a set of transformative methods that allow for better day-to-day management as well as the beginning of an exploration of the deeper potential of the mind.
Relaxation, stability, mental clarity, as well as altruism, compassion and wisdom, are some of the qualities that can be simultaneously cultivated, and discovered, from the practice of meditation.
The methods used in these practices are inspired by the approach of teachers Alan Wallace and Mingyur Rinpoche, two teachers with extensive individual practice experience, and a globally recognized ability to make traditional meditation teachings relevant and current today.
These 60 minutes sessions will provide space for guided practice, silence, and group dialogue and reflection, including exploring how to apply these methods in everyday life.
